Our story began in 2019 with a simple but bold idea: business simulations should feel as unpredictable and dynamic as the real world. Existing tools were too linear and predictable,

they didn’t capture the reality of sudden disruptions like pandemics, wars, or economic shocks. We envisioned a simulation that introduced real-time, unexpected events, challenging students to think critically, adapt quickly, and build resilience in uncertain environments. This vision became the foundation of Ceregem Technologies, experiential learning software designed to prepare the next generation of leaders with tools that are engaging, realistic, and academically rigorous.
